In the production sector, it manufactures Plaster, Gypsum Boards, Construction Chemicals, Water Based Products, Pumice, Micronized Calcite, Decorative Suspended Ceiling Panels, Profiles and Accessories under the brands Karlis and Asvil. In addition to production, it also carries out commercial activities and provides services in the field of building coating and accessories.

In order to realize our investments in the field of construction by making good use of the conditions of the developing and growing country, we first stepped into the sector in 2009 with the pumice factory under the umbrella of Karlis Yapı and in our factory, which serves in a total area of ​​56,900 m2, including 3,115 m2 closed area and 53,785 m2 open area, we operate daily operations with completely technological robots, untouched by human beings. It can produce approximately 45,000 pieces of Bims.

In 2011, we started the production of Plaster, one of today's construction building blocks, and its complementary products. In our factories, which are the world's largest integrated gypsum facility, which you started operating in 2011; While it strengthens its place in the sector with the production of Plaster, Gypsum Board, Construction Chemicals, Profile, Profile Accessories, Water Based Products, Micronized Calcite, Decorative Suspended Ceiling Panels, it also increases its market share day by day. Our Integrated Plaster facility produces in a total area of ​​125,000 m2, 75,000 m2 of which is closed; It provides domestic service with 72 main dealers and 210 sub-dealers affiliated with the main dealers, and can ship to all points it can reach in the global world through its international sales points.

Karavil Foreign Trade, which we established to market and export the products produced within the group abroad, provides added value to the country's economy by exporting our products to 17 countries, especially the Middle East countries.

Karavil Group, which provides added value to the regional and national economy, not only produces people- and life-oriented products, but also organizes a wide shipping network with Karbos Logistics. All products produced are tested by the quality control team, and Karbos logistics ensures that quality and healthy products reach the consumer with a shipment of 21,000 vehicles per year.

In addition to production, it offers employment for approximately 4,000 people, including Ceylan Karavil Park, which is the largest Shopping Center in the region with a leasable area of ​​65,000 m2, and Ceylan Karavil Hotel with a capacity of 154 beds.

In addition to our companies with a wide range of products and services, it incorporated Karavil Gayrimenkul, which will operate in the field of real estate, into the group in 2017, and finally established Vilbey Elektronik Ticaret in 2019 in order to provide quality and fast service to its customers in the field of E-Commerce, which is developing in our world.
